SHEKHAR GROVER
Editor and CEO
Shekhar Grover has been in the Communications industry ever since he graduated from B-school with a gold medal fourteen years back and has followed the crests and troughs of the Exhibition trade for a decade now. An acknowledged observer of the Indian MICE industry and a vociferous activist of the MICE potential of India, Shekhar has voiced the concerns of the MICE sector of India in International congress(s).
Shekhar is a dreamer who believes that dreams have an uncanny ability to come true. He has been in the profession of MICE for over 10 years now and has organized over 300 meetings and conferences and about 50 Exhibitions for clients like Coca Cola, LG, Samsung, Videocon, Escotel, Idea, Whirlpool, American Express, Hongkong Bank, General Motors, Bharti-Airtel, Maruti, Fiat, Onida, BPL, and More.
He launched the MICE INDIA project in the year 2000 providing the industry the first ever platform for its edification and unification. An educationist and a vociferous orator, Shekhar is a man with the vision of a MICE supremo called India. His experiences find an expression in the first ever narrative on Indian MICE industry:

 SHILPA
Project Manager
Shilpa is the youngest founding member of MICE India
launch team and is armed with a postgraduate diploma in
Communication. Her grasp of the subtle nuances of the
MICE industry
is now concrete, much to the delight of her educationist
CEO. Lively and gregarious she spiritedly sails through
the functions of customer-relationship management,
advertising sales, business development and generally
keeps the business clock ticking. A jovial spokesperson
of the company, she takes MICE India to people to whom
it matters the most.

 REKHA SARIN
Deputy Editor
A graduate in Political Science from Delhi
University, Rekha Sarin qualified with a Diploma
in Journalism in 1972 from the Bharatiya Vidya
Bhavan, where she stood
First and was honored with the
‘Times of India‘ Gold Medal, besides the
Institute's award for being the best student.
Rekha has been an active freelancer, and her articles have appeared in
numerous magazines. She has also written a book,
with a known publisher ‘The Art of Flower
Arrangement', floral design, being her parallel
interest. Besides, she has written for ‘Inside
Outside', ‘Swagat', and ‘
Nepal Traveller'. Being
widely traveled and having lived in several
countries abroad, Rekha is especially keen on
writing to promote tourism and travel. One of
her most favored assignments in this area has
been ‘Contributing Editor for ‘Travel News', the
magazine for the Travel Agents Association of
India.

 NAMRATA
Head-HR & Logistics
Namrata is cut out to manage the Human resource, Man
Management and Administration function of MICE India.
Her bright smile and affable approach infuses a fresh
lease of life in each and every member of the team. She
comes with an experience of nine years in HRD
and takes great pride in being associated with
individuals working towards the upliftment
of an industry with immense potential yet undervalued by
media and government alike.
